Adding a Facepainter or Balloon Artist is a simple, fuss-free way of entertaining your guests and encouraging them to play.

Each artist comes equipped with their own kit, creative practice and unique designs. Our artists are not just great at what they do but people that we genuinely love being around.

Our services are designed to seamlessly slot in and out of your event with ease and incredible warmth.

Our prices are a minimum booking of 1 hour and include an extra 15 minute set up time, which allows our artists to settle into the space. All our prices are GST inclusive.

If cost in not an issue, but hassle is, we are also able to provide logistics like tables, chairs and marquees for a small charge (please see “Extra Charges”) which means you don’t need to worry about anything except allocating a small space for our artists to work their magic.

$50 per artist

Give your event that little extra sparkle by getting our Facepainters or Balloon Artists to come in Costume. Our main costumes are our FAIRY costume and our PIRATE costume.

Please note that these prices reflected in “Pricing” and “Add-ons” do not include table and chair set up, marquee or any extra time beyond the included extra 15 minutes. Please see “Extra Charges” below for more options.

Extra Charges (that may apply)

We generally require you to provide an adult-sized table and 2 chairs per artist, or a 1m x 1m space on any existing dining tables. If this is too much hassle, we are able to provide logistics to ease your stress on the day for a small charge.

For 2 or more artists, we would recommend a 1.8m long trestle table / dining table so artists can double up on either side.

If your event is outside, we also ask that they our artists are allocated in an adequately- shaded area as sun will not only dehydrate our artists but spoil our expensive paints.

Table and Chair set-up (Facepainting)

$30 per artist

Marquee (covers 4 artists)

$100

Travel Charge outside of the City 10km radius

$1.66 per km

Parking (if no free parking is available)

Parking rates based on nearest paid parking site to Event Location

Set-up time beyond the included 15 mins extra per artist / entertainer

$15 per 15 minute interval

FAQ

  • To keep costs low for you, we generally only need you to provide a suitable shaded area (if outdoors) with an adult-height table and 2 chairs per painter.

However, we know sometimes logistics can be a hassle on the day so we are able to provide tables, chairs and a marquee for a small charge if needed.

We also ask that you try and arrange easy parking by the venue for our painters, as they often have heavy kits they need to carry to your event. If this is not possible, please do let us know in advance and we will work something out.

We also use BioGlitter which is Biodegradable and does not irritate children’s eyes.

We generally avoid patches of sensitive skin on eczema by working around those parts of the face. If your child is sensitive even to water-based paints but would like a facepaint, we also love painting on arms which have thicker, less-sensitive skin.
